Airtel Digital TV — Non Responsive and Worst Customer care service

After paying my airtel digital TV recharge amount, Got an message saying the recharge has not able to complete as my account is suspended, And advised to contact customer care with the number provided. Each time the call go for more than 5 minutes in waiting and it gets terminated. This is not the first time i face this any customer care call will go for more than 3 minutes and I have waited for 10 minutes and all. but no response. They wan us to make call to customer care number and charging us. The calls to customer care should be bared by company itself. Worst response by AIRTEL
