[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Not getting newly added channels | |||
I reside in Chennai and my consumer ID is [protected]. My plan is South Mega Plan.I see in the airtel website that certain channels like Romedy Now, & pictures etc have been added for the plan, but I dont get any of these channels. I have raised a complaint with them(Reference no: DT[protected] and also called customer support a number of times regarding this issue. I raised the complaint on Feb 22 and there has been no response till date. Im utterly disappointed with the service and hope someone will look into this. Got a call from an airtel representative saying the issue is resolved and asked to confirm if I'm getting the channels according to the plan. The number is 8130922345 Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
