[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Problem in relocation cause stuck in pictures and signal | |||||
I Have Recharged my Airtel dth on 30 march 2015 and on that day relocation was done but the technicians said if i face any problem and not getting signal then contact me(technicians).But from that day onward and till now i face signal problem, whenever i called that technician he said he will come but he not.I also call to customer care and said all my problem related to signal disturbance, i paid rs.150 to technicians but whenever i call to customer care they say me to pay money, they also abuse with me and said i send technician but no one came.whenever i call customer care i have start from start what happen to my stb and problem related to signal i am tired saying one thing all time. my complaint no.50878956 of[protected],[protected]:50951972. my id no.
