[Resolved]  Airtel — Digital tv recharge (dth) excess charges

Sir,
I have recharge my airtel digital tv id [protected] on[protected] for one year package value prime kids for rs 2824/- (Rupees two thousand eight hundred twenty four only) vide airtel recharge message dated[protected] at.08:27 pm. But airtel franchise charged rs 3025 from me. I wish to know how he charged rs 201/- extra from me. Request take necessary action against airtel franchise and return the extra charges lavied by them at the earliest.

Value Prime Kids package for one year recharge on 03-05-2017 for Rs 2824/- wheras franchaise charged Rs 3025/-. Excess charged for Rs 201/-. Please direct franchise to refund the excess amount.

With reference to my complaint No 60721818 dated[protected]. Mr Sanjeev (mob no [protected]) resolve my Digital TV video problem and recharge it with a sum of Rs 3025/-. After received msg to my registered mob No I found that discrepancies. I reported the matter to Mr Sanjeev but he says remaining amount is service tax and other charges. So I reported the matter to your customer care but no reply received from them.

Case has been resolved. The Airtel Franchise has been recharge a sum of Rs 201/- in my Digital TV ID. The case has been treated as closed.
