On January 5th, 2016 at 10.22 am, I got a call from your customer service executive Ashish from number [protected] on my registered mobile no. [protected] that you are giving me a channel name &TV HD on channel no. 175 without any extra recharge free of cost from today.
But when I checked my account details I got that you are deducting Rs. 30 monthly for this &TV HD. When I call to your customer service regarding this issue, firstly the lady who received the call said that Rs. 30 for &TV hd is not deducting from my account but when I gave her full summery of my deduction then she said its ok, I am transferring your call to senior person... then I waited for more than 10 mins but that call has been disconnected from your end.
Then I called again & discussed again about my issue & the guy who received the call said that, be on call, I am checking this & let you. Again I waited for so long & after that as usual this call has been also disconnected from your end.
