Airtel — digital tv subscription | |||||
I am an airtel digital television subscriber and i generally take annual packages with the company to get saved from every month recharge. The company claims that if a customer gets a annual package recharge of 12 months will be given to the subscriber. 12 months = 1year= 365days. But to my dismay the company is doing a fraudulent activity of giving the customer a subscription of 360 days only. Without stating it anywhere. On inquiring the customer simply states that it is our company policy to count only 30 days a month. Then airtel should state it somewhere in bold letters about it. Complete fraud company.
