Airtel Digital TV — T News channel concern

Hi, Airtel website shows, T News channel is included in Telugu Top up (For Rs.15). But when I contacted Airtel Digital customer care, they keep on telling this channel is not included. I have provide screen shots in the mail as well. But still not resolved. Airtel digital is really cheating all the digital tv customers.
