Airtel Digital TV — Totally unethical behavior! | |||||
I registered a complaint with airtel digital tv on 19-sep-2016. A technician came after 2 days and said there is some problem with setup box and replaced it with a new one. Then he said, he don't have the authority to replace it and he needs approval from cochin. He then left with the new setup box and never came back. After that incident, everyday someone from the customer service calls and ask whether the problem is resolved and i tell them the whole story again and again. Finally, one guy from the customer service told me that, a senior manager will get in touch with me and will resolve my issue soon (This happened 3 days back). Today again another lady called from the customer service as usual and asked whether my issue is resolved. But no calls from the senior manager or anything done to resolve my issue. This is the worst customer service i've ever seen. Airtel doesn't have any ethics. I'm planning to file a complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||||
