[Resolved]  Airtel — Digital tv wrong package added by customer care executive

Dear team,

I requested to remove one sports pack through my airtel app on 30th and same has been confirmed by revert message, but today i spoke to customer care to remove that package and i have been charged for the same. Even i spoke to customer care to deactivate but intentionally they activated one kids pack also to frustrate me. This type of case is really ridiculous because they have authority to do provisioning its doesn't mean they will do this type of silly mistake intentionally.
It shows that customer should go in consumer forum. Your customer care executive intentionally cut the calls in between the conversation, add any package, shows misbehave.

I want the waiver for both the packages (Sports pack - 80rs) and kids pack which they subscribed today. I want assurance from your side not to repeat this type of cases.

Seeking for your revert and take the appropriate action against those person who did this type of mistake. One who disconnected the call (First call of today) and second one who subscribed the package intentionally.
