[Resolved]  Airtel Digital TV — Wrongly debit the amount from my id

On 23 June 2016 i made a complaint on airtel customer care that my set top box is not working so they send their engineer at our place. Engineer visited and said we have to change the set top box i agreed and told him to change it. so he changed the set top box and asked for 850 Rs which i paid him in cash at the same time. instantly i got the msg from airtel that around 449 rs has been deducted from airtel account. I recharged my DTH account in the month of Dec 2015 with the amount of 2530 Rs and convert it in 1 year pack so do i get the validity till 10th Dec 2016. But with the mistake of Dealer in Modinagar or by sales team of airtel they do changes in my pack and now it is showing the validity till 20th July 2016 only. In this regard i m continuously in touch with airtel customer care executives and that dealer also but no one is ready to do any solution.

Please do the needful asap in this regard.
