[Resolved] Airtel — Disagree to credit additional data balance | |||
Respected sir, Airtel customer care called me from no +[protected] to my Airtel no [protected] yesterday (26/06/2014) at 16.19 hrs which offering to recharge Rs 25 to get 250 MB 2G data ( 125 MB instantly valid for 5 days and rest 125 MB would be credited in next 4 hours valid for 15 days.) I have recharged rs 25 but got only 125 MB 2G data valid for 5 days. One day over, but rest 125 MB is not credited to my account. To know the details, I called the customers care, one received the call & disagree to credit the rest data balance. Please solve the problem. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
