Airtel — disconnection of broadband service

Hi,

I want to discontinue my airtel broadband postpaid connection but their customer care team not is not doing this.

I have applied for disconnection on 30/06/2017 but still my account has not been close till now.

Disconnection request reference no. 84344942

I have no pending bills but still i suffer a lot and mentally torture by airtel team by giving unnecessary offers or fake commitments of closing it. They have also cheated my security money of this connection and not settled or refunded.

Can you help me for making it close my airtel broadband account?
