[Resolved] Airtel — Disconnection of DTH service | |||
We have a dth service bearing number [protected]. We have been complaining since last 2 months for the services We have informed you yesterday to disconnect our services with immediate effect since we are not getting satisfactory solution to the problem. Every other day, new person calls us and informs us that he will escalate the matter to top management. We don't know where the hell is this top management sitting that they cant conclude a petty matter like this. Will you please ask your ahmedabad team to stop calling us and harrassing us for this matter now if the set top box cant be changed. We have just now placed a request to ms hiral on your ahmedabad, call center for cancellation of services. She said that she will transfer the line to her higher authority but line is not being transferred. So we could not get the request number. The girl hiral is bluntly not transferring the phone now We are very sorry and ashamed for the tactics your staf[censored]ses to harass the customers. How long would a customer hold a phone to talk to the bosses of the girls. Our services are still valid till 28th january 2018 We are just fed up of the services and want to do nothing but discontinue the services. Please initiate the required action immediately.
