[Resolved] Airtel — Disconnection request before 6 months but no, one is taking an action instead they are harassing for bill payment | |||||
Hello sir/madam, My number was [protected], after the cyclone in chennai no one was even bothered of picking up the calls for complaints so that time i decided to disconnect the connection and i had sent an email and they replied back that my connection will be disconnected within 7 days. All amounts were settled then too, airtel company persons calls me everyday every hour to pay the bill. For what should i pay the bill. It was your company's mistake that they didn't disconnect.
