My name is Tanvir I chose the pack on 1st Feb 2019 and submitted it I got the message within 48 hrs your pack will be activated. On 2nd Feb 2019 my connection is cut off. I called the customer care I was told your connection will be cut off for 48 hrs or else you will have to take our recommend pack.
