Dear sir/mam, Myself Pradeep Kumar and my fixedline no is [protected] i am a airtel customer since 8 years but i want to decided the disconnection because of your wrong plan commitment by your agent i am really fedup of your airtel services your retention team was given me the new plan of 799 with 16 mbps and new modem on 15 january 2017 but till today the plan is not activated i was complaint many times in your customer care but they said u wait for 24 hours due to system error. Today is the 6th day of my complaint but did not taken any action against my complaint i am totally fedup of your services so please disconnect my connection as soon as possible because you are not able to giving me the best services so i decided to change my service provider for better plans and services also...
