[Resolved] Airtel — Discontinuation of 199 plan | |||||
My mobile No is [protected]. I opted for postpaid 199 plan in December 2015. The usage limit should be 199 and should not cross more than that. Airtel branch themselves desided themselves credit limit as Rs 5000/-. The monthly first bill paid Rs 150. Now from 11 Dec 3025 to 10 Jan 2015 the monthly charges is 513/-. I personally approached anjali communication Belgaum Manager Asish Mobile No is [protected] to discontinue the existing postpaid 199 plan. Because monthly wise bill is increasing. He and his staff refused it. Now my complaint is request stop immediately from today onwards. Or convert the existing postpaid plan to prepaid plan. Was this information helpful? | |||||
