From VI to Airtel and it was activated successfuly on 18.11.2022 but after one week i got a message from Airtel (quoted in " ")
""नमस्कार! आप पुरानी सिम का उपयोग कर रहे हैं और आपकी सेवाएं प्रभावित हो सकती हैं| अपने एयरटेल मोबाइल पर बिना रुकावट सेवाओं का आनंद लेने के लिए अपने मौजूदा सिम को डाटा सिम में अपग्रेड करें| नज़दीकी एयरटेल स्टोर या रिटेलर पर जाएं| यदि कर लिया है तो अनदेखा करें|"" and the very next day my number stopped working.
I visited the Airtel store for sim replacement but the executive said i will have to pay Rs 50 for sim replacement.
Airtel is doing cheating with its consumers by selling the older SIM cards and they stopped services illegaly. Even in your forum there are a lot of complaints of SIM cards deactivation in the November and December of 2022
In general public interest I am submitting this complaint and request to please take strict action against Airtel company.
