Airtel Dish TV — bad customer service

Hi, my airtel dish tv customer id is [protected]. My airtel dish got dislocated due to repair at my house. I called the customer care on 12th, 13th & 14th april. They told me the same thing that an engineer would come till 7 pm & take a charge of 250 rs to relocate the dish antenna. I agreed but still no engineer has come to my house to get the job done. I m fed up calling the customer care again & again. I have my validity till 4 july. Please forward my complaint & get the job done. I tell u that airtel dish tv is having the worst customer care service among all the dth providers. I might not continue after this experience after 4th july.
