Im using airtel dth service for past 2 months, i did recharge of rs. 290 on 3rd march 2019, as per plans available on airtel app. (Attaching the payment receipt). Afterwards my airtel dth service resumed. Unfortunately dth service worked smoothly only for more ore less 30 minutes, later it suddenly stopped working. Msg appeared on screen that "your account or service has been suspended due to low balance in account." From that day (3rd march) i repeatedly trying to call airtel dth customer care service number [protected], but it kept me on waiting, no representative was available to answer the call and resolve the issue for next 3 days. I am most annoyed when airtel's representative answered my call on 6th march and told me that "there is some bug or technical error because of that it is showing zero balance in your account. We can not do anything from here, except registering complain about service issue and will forward it our technical team". Airtel dth complain reference number[protected] Because such bad service, even i fully paid for the dth package am unable to watch tv. Service is still suspended till date. I trust this is not the way that awful company wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I request to resolve my account issue and add more days for which im unable to watch tv.
