Airtel — dish tv set up box | |||
I am using Airtel DISH TH service in apartments...ID number is [protected]... we are having common dish in our block .. 7 -8 flats are using . I have communicated to airtel customer care dept on 2nd Jun on set up box issue .. It is continuously going in download option. Engineer came on 5th Jul but not explained the problem and said that it is maintenance issues and set up box issue ... I spent 4 hrs 05 mins for follow up... I am sending email and SMS but no one is responding. I have asked for disconnection and requested to refund amount ( as I have paid till April 2019 ).. Whenever I was calling, they used to hold line ~17 mins and disconnecting lines/ not responding .. I requested to connect the line to supervisor, they were not responding Was this information helpful? | |||
