Airtel — dispute amount 3771 rs: wrong billing | |||
Dear Sir Airtel has again disappointed me by generating excess bill amount for the service which i have never used. I have called airtel's helpline many times but in vain. In my area signal strength is not even proper and my sim is in roaming so how can I use internet willingly or bimistakely . Plz clear me what should I do now. To file a case in consumer forum for poor service of airtel and negligence of customers complaint for barring him more than 3 days for the charges which he has never used or file an FIR that if I haven't use so who is using internet from my no. or airtel will investigate upon this matter. mob no- [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
