Airtel — dispute resolution not done in 2 months -[protected]

I applied for mnp, but in evening i got a call back from airtel to stay on their network only & they offered me to use 3 numbers in one plan in rs.700 p. M. Billing but unfortunately they didn't converted 2 of my numbers to plan & kept charging bills seperately for 799/ on both numbers.

Matter of shame ….!!! For complete failure of airtel team for providing the service in a month despite timely reminders & calls nothing proved to be of help….!!!

Please find enclosed herewith the calls recording & the screenshot that your customer care supervisor wanted to execute my request but at the same time she failed to check i had been penalized for the rental of rs.700 on my phone without using a penny’s advantage of the plan i have been levied for. If in this competitive world you want your esteemed organization to run then “my humble submission to the management is to replace all the customer care executives & supervisors /quality team as they are good for nothing “. I had placed a port out request on my mobile # [protected], to which late that evening only i had received a call for not getting the port done but to stay with the existing airtel network only and they had offered me a rs.700/- family plan and asked me to register the other 2 family numbers on airtel app for the family plan to be activated it was also told that i can use 3 numbers in rs.700/-.

I added 78141xxxxx & 93179xxxxx under the family plan option from the app on 89282xxxxx & placed a call back on the same mobile number from where i had got a call. The call was not received / attended. I tried calling customer care where i was told that i need to send a message (Fam y) to 121 from both the numbers which didn’t worked rather i got a sms stating that i need to send yes on 121 to activate the family plan i did so, but it proved to be of no help – (Complete system failure the app is not integrated with the server). I had done this exercise 4-5 times to which the response sms copy is enclosed herewith. On 14th august i went to nearby airtel point after the confirmation from the airtel point they told me that the request is in pending state & i need to call up airtel cust. Care.

I call’d up the customer care executive again to know the status but the effort had gone waste. Fine enclosed herewith the recorded calls where it was committed & confirmed that there will be response call given to me for confirmation of same by saturday 25th august 2018 but it didn’t happened.

Today i had call’d up to confirm the status but the customer care executive was not able to help as she was asking for the numbers again to initiate a request for adding them to the family pack. I had spoken to the supervisor also number rather than believing me that the issue is pending for last one month & helping me further on the escalation she told me that she will highlight my number as she wanted to listen to my previous calls made to the customer care.

Team, it’s a humble submission to you to reverse my rental for the family plan which is levied to my account 89282xxxxx & the rental levied on 78141xxxxx as this is a complete service failure at airtel’s end on other hand i was looking for 3 numbers to be working in rs.700/- but because of the failure of providing me the service at airtel’s end i had been charged for the rental on 78141xxxxx also which i have paid and a bill generation on 89282xxxxx for family plan.

I need solution & the reversal of the rental on both & the activation of the benefit at my number (1) 89282xxxx – under (1 i. E. 89282xxxxx) – 2) 78141xxxxx 3) 93179xxxxx.
