Airtel — disputed prepaid recharge of rs. 349 | |||||
I have prepaid air tel gsm sim, and recharges for rs. 349/- for pack "unlimited all local+std calls and 1gb/day 3g/4g data with 28 days validity. T&c apply" on 05/08/17 but while i was calling on 06/08/17 message was "you are unable to call as your available balance is zero" i had checked my available balance which was shown as "zero" it was shocking to me. I had tried to call airtel customer care to get clarity on the issue, after a hard try of around 45 minutes i could be able to talk to airtel representative on 06/08/17 for clarity on the issue. I was informed due to "terms condition apply" to the pack (Which are totally hidden from the customer like me). And he registered my complaint (Complaint no-cbnrv[protected]) and informed that my calling services will be restored from 12am of 07/08/17, however fact was that i even did't use any call during that day. Same case of "you could not call as your balance is zero" i had faced on 09/08/17 at 09:08am. I had called at airtel customer care at the same time during which airtel representative told me that me i can call 1000min local + std during a week starting from date of recharge subject to 250min / day max, and weekly limit of 1000min has been finished and call services will be restored after one week only i. E. On 12/08/17, while asking for confirmation my as on date call usage airtel representative cuts the call. And call services gets restored at around 9:22am of the same day. My complaints are. 1. Why use world o[censored]nlimited in case of limited usage. 2. T&c written on the pack are not easily accessable to the customer to understand 3.in this case how weekly limit of 1000min or daily limit of 250min could be finished on 06/08/17 while i did't make a even single call during the day (And airtel representative refuse to respond on the call usage). 4. Same case briefed in point-3 repeats on 09/08/17 at 9:08am while i did't make any call. 5. How call service gets restored at 9:22am of 09/08/17 (Is it a play with the customer / customer's money) or metal torture / hareshment of the customer. 6. How service provider repersentative can cut the call without listening and issue resolution. My question: what is the value of my money i had paid?, have i paid for getting pain???
