Airtel — Dongle Speed is Slow and disconnecting often

I have recently purchased a Dongle from the Airtel outlet . They promised the speed of the Upto 100Mbps Speed. I can understand that much speed is not possible in a Dongle. But still the speed is very slow to a Download speed of 2 Mbps and Upload Speed of 0.8 Mbps. This level is too low. And in addition to this the connectivity does not sustain continuously for 1-2 hours. It automatically gets disconnected and it takes 15 more minutes to resume. I have purchased this for my work purpose which should have a continuous connectivity. Due to this I am facing too many issues . I hope this will be addressed ASAP.
