[Resolved]  Airtel — double recharge and refusal of airtel entertain

Mistakenly i recharged my mobile no [protected] two times, on 26/07/2017 with an amount of 499 each time, when i contacted the customer care to cancel the second recharge, they flatly refused to do so and told me that you should have taken care before recharging, when i asked them to give atleast double benefits of recharge, they refused and told me that your recharge will be valid only for 84 days which is the benefit of a single recharge.
This is not the business ethics and also their customer executive was very rude in behaviour, now i am thinking of porting out all my airtel no.in my family.

After complaining on this forum Airtel customer care Rep. Called me assured me that your extra recharge amount will be credited back to your account but after waiting for ten days they did nothing and when I contacted them they flatly refused to refund the amount and told me that benefit of double recharge has been added to your account while this is not the case. I dont think they are going to resolve this.
