This is in response to my complaint dated 9th May 2017 which stated having double recharge with the same amount due to an error.
I am Highly disappointed with the service of airtel as no efforts are taken to resolve my complaint and is thus creating mental trauma.
In dire need of a response and hope that the issue gets resolved as soon as possible.
