[Resolved] Airtel — DP Box shifting | |||
Reference # 45904818/ 46217172 The airtel Area manager of Ayanavaram saying he cannot remove DP box. This is regarding a request to remove DP box AYN0709 in front of my house. I have been following up with Airtel for past 6 month to remove the DP box AYN0709 which is located in front of my house, but I am receiving very poor response from the customer care. The 1st request raised in the month of January 2014, during that time an engineer came to our house & threatened that Airtel having dedicated lawyer and we cannot remove the DP box. After our request he asked 3 month time to shift the DP box and we also accepted for the same, when we followup with him he told to contact 121. Airtel does not tract the unresolved issues I believe. When I contacted customer care on May 12th, the respected customer care representative told me that the earlier request is closed. I asked them why the issue is closed without providing the resolution they argued and asked me to create a new request reference # 45904818. The person in the escalation department Mr.Balaji agreed to remove DP box on or before 18th of May 2014 & even some people walk-in to our house asked the reason for shifting. We also explained and the same was agreed between us. But yesterday I received a useless call from the customer care saying your issue regarding landline is resolved. I told, this is regarding DP shifting issue & I requested the person to check and call back. But I only received a message saying ¿ Update on Ref.No.45904818, related to DP shifting has been closed for your Airtel fixed line [protected]¿. I was shocked and called the customer care 121, they said the issue is closed and u need to raise a new ticket only. I don¿t know what is happening in Airtel customer care. VERY VERY VERY VERY POOR response. Then I spoke to Mr. Nareshkumar store supervisor, he again started the conversation from the 1st and negotiating for 3 months & etc¿¿.. I don¿t know what to do¿.. they are trying to cheat me¿¿.. But we are unnecessarily suffering due to lack of parking area. We are having just a 15 feet frontage, in that your box is occupied around 5 feet. We need your immediate attention in removing the DP box AYN0709 which is placed in front of my house. Note: without consent they have placed the DP box in front of our house and they are creating unnecessary mental pressure and nuisance.
