This is to inform you that my airtel dth connection (Cust id [protected]) is a multi tv connection of three. The primary connection was recharged for 5500 in april 2017. Two connections were then put into safe custody in may for three months. Airtel did not allow the rental to be adjusted for the next three months and i had to recharge my account for using the sole working connection in the meantime. The request to disconnect the main connection was put on 3rd september. Airtel did not honor the request and had to be forced to do it in retrospect by the appellate authority. Therefore, the advance rental has been used only for a month, i. E. April 2017. The company has promised in all its calls to refund the amount into my account. After a lot of written communication, the main connection was finally disconnected and to my utter horror, only an amount of 925 was refunded. A token amount of 250 was also refunded for the last two months’ rental when they had conveniently charged me for a connection which was in safe custody. By which logic is the company going to refund only 925 out of 5500? This kind of behavior is extremely unacceptable and should be immediately corrected. Was this information helpful? | |||||
