I have placed the request for reconnecting my digital tv lines as I have all the equipments with me and I was promised on 7th July 2017 that my lines will be reconnected within 24-48 hours.
It's almost been a month that I'm calling Airtel customer services everyday and each day I speak with the different manager and they promise me that my lines will be reconnected within 24 hours. Few names of managers to whom I had an interaction were : Brijesh, Gaurav, Jaswinder, Shakti, Vimal, Ankur, etc. Moreover I got a call from escalation team also and the lady from escalation team promised me the same thing that my lines will be reconnected within 24 hours.
None of them helped me as each day they lied to me that my lines will be reconnected. It's on the recorded call too. I'm highly disappointed and not happy with this type of customer service and one of the manager whose name also made fun of me as they thought the call was put on hold or mute but it was not.
Very very poor customer service and will not recommend Airtel to anyone as they takes months to solve one complaint and after that also it remains unsolved.
Moreover airtel is also stealing money by sending there engineers to my place Was this information helpful? |
