Airtel — dth connection no [protected] | |||
I have deposited ₹5500 against my dth account no :[protected] of my digital tv. I have subscribed for two connections against this number I have been availing primary pack from the very beginning. But now you have changed my connection to prime infinity pack and adjusted the entire amount against one connection with the result that i am not now been getting connection against the second tv. I requested your consumer service centre day before yesterday but to my dismay no compliance has been made so far. Now i am forced to lodge a complaint against this for redressal of my grievances and finally request you to adjust the amount deposited by me against the two connections as per past packs failing which i shall be compelled to scrap my ties with airtel besides taking this issue to consumer court being law graduate myself.
