Airtel — dth connection taken, no signal error | |||||
This is regarding the subscriber id [protected]. I have taken the airtel dth subscription on 13th july by paying rupees 1633, while the bill indicates only rupees 1529. After one day of installation, i get the error of b0001 with no signals. When contacted the local office, they initially respond that the installed technician will come to resolve the issue. But after repeated calling to the office/technician, i get no response. Today when i called the technician, he just says that we only install but not resolve issues. I got multiple contacts who after listening to my issue tell that the same technician will resolve the issue. But after trying to call them again, they just switched off or cut the call. They have taken the money and now they are not responding with any sort of minmum responsibility towards customer issues.
