Airtel - DTH — DTH-Remote not working - registered complaint before 4 months,

Complaint Reference: 55843054 /[protected]. Like this received many reference. Till date registered the complaint not net solved. Over almost 120 days our entire family strugulling while switch on the TV and select the channel programe, day-day am getting bad experience from my family members dut to this issues am unable to continue my regular works and also my helath felt under sick, Follwing Airtel for me become a regular duty such like sending mail, caling Airtel customer care, visit Airtel outlet but no response, As you all aware during this Covid time only watching TV entertainment. Overall family members accomodate in house and given important on watching TV, however situation TV remote not working since long days as a family head just think about my situation, Airtel is full responsible for my pain and have to answer to my question. Only small remote problem such like Airtel big company unable to solve the problem, than why they are promoting DTH like new brands. Month wise we are paying rent, suppose if any payment delayed Airtel immediately disconnected the connection until receive the payment. In my case since last 3 months we are strugulling with Airtel instrument, in such condition Airtel have to pay, Once complaint registered / remainder from Airtel i will received a call stating that within 24Hrs will attend the complaint, after couple of hours from Airtel service team will call and asked me to share 4 digit OTP to refresh / extend my complaint, during this 4 months several times received calls and become a practice. Kindly intervene on this issues and do the needful at the earliest. Note: Our TV remote malfunctioning unable smooth operation.

Regret to inform you, Since the last 4 months I am struggling in operating the DTH remote, however I am sending a reminder to Airtel, even though still there is no response from your end. Remote control is specially designed for this brand, and I am not interested in purchasing it in the local market. Hope Airtel side there is proper head to deal the customer queries, Airtel survey in such condition than why Forcing customer to purchase DTH, during this 5 months had I enough experience and also Airtel pressure force me to admit in Hospital. In the end, I spent a lot on these issues like, daily attending Airtel feedback calls, during my office hours, Airtel eating my busy hours, Airtel Fake message, Etc.. Still the remote complaint has not yet been attended. FYI, I registered the complaint during the warranty period, Over 5 months, now what to do. Hope Airtel acts like headless chicken, there is no proper leader to investigate these small remote issues. Very shame, I never had such a bad experience in my life. As you are not aware, I am also working as BDM Business development Manager in L&T. Really I feel sad about this issue.

Since the complaint not yet attende, but Airtel update problem resolved. Airtel giving false feedback, like this cheating the customer is not fair, Airtel is full responsibility to answer with proper reason, without knowing customer feedback simply sendig false reply, is this the way Airtel treating the customer. I need proper response for my complaint.
