My dth account id is [protected].
I had subscribed to a airtel dth hd set op box connection and a annual hd infinity package. 1 month back i got a call to upgrade to internet set top box for rs. 2500. I upgraded to it but am not happy with the product. Hence i called customer care to downgrade me to my old set top box. Customer care person replied that this cannot be done and so i asked them to disconnect my connection and refund me the upgrade amount along with the unused infinity package amount. The support person said that they can process the infinity package return but will not refund money for set box and that i had to return the box as well.
I am willing to return the box in exchange for refund which i understand is a sort of security deposit.
I have been chasing customer care for 5 days and would switch to another dth connection if this is not resolved. Can you please look into this urgently? Was this information helpful? |
