Airtel — dth issue not resolved | |||
I have airtel dth account [protected] with the balance of rs487.24 and still, the status shows suspended on ivr and self-care portal. Initially, the technician came and told its cable issue, replaced it and charged rs180/-, even after that the service is not restored. I have made enough calls and also emails. This is a very careless attitude and i don't see any resolution. Every time i call, a new representative comes and he/she doesn't know the history properly and they say in one hour it will be resolved. When i asked rs180/- i spent was just because they have not checked the error properly and just did it as a routine fix. And that didn't actually solve the issue. When i asked to return the amount, they said technician has come for we charged. This is just being taken for granted. They simply charge without providing a solution. I want to close this service after they reimburse the amount. I am also looking at closing all the other channels to which i am subscribed with airtel. Even after they solve the issue. I will suspend this service as they simply say we restored. I want them to pay a penalty for negligence and careless attitude. Was this information helpful? | |||
