Airtel — dth malpractice | |||
I had subscribed to the airtel infinity plan (12 months) in november 2017. I was given that plan then but subsequently airtel changed the plan to south mega pack and i am not aware when this happened. Interestingly when i recharged i was not sent any email confirming the plan and i was in for a rude shock when i realised today that my plan has changed and i was being charged on a daily basis when the new plan also says 12 months pack. I need airtel to rectify and update the same plan i had paid for as this is absolutely disgusting and unethical practice on their part Was this information helpful? | |||
