Airtel — DTH money wrong policy

I bought 2nd airtel DTH connection in the month of May 2021. I recharged my recharge on 002 connection but it was not reflecting. On contacting customer care I got to know that since I recharged 001 connection hence it is not reflecting to 002 connection. Next time onwards, I consiously selected 002 connection and recharged as I did not want to use 001 and was expecting it to get suspended due to no recharge but one day I realised my 002 topup recharge is getting eshaused far ealry than expected. On contacting customer care, they told me the reacarge done on 002 is being distributed on both the connections. I was shocked knowing this cheating that on their app they ask to choose connection in case of multi-connections and I alwasy selected 002 and still they were charing me for both without my consent that I want to recharge 001 or not. I want my refund back.
