[Resolved]  Airtel — Dth recharge - double billed

I had two connections with Airtel, one a normal connection and another a HD Connection with connection number ([protected]). I had asked to disconnect the normal connection since we were not using that connection for more than an year. I had called the customer service and asked them to disconnect the normal connection in the month of March 2015. The complaint however was not registered in there CRM notes. I usually make a 6 months payment for the DTH connection. My balance got over in 3 months itself, and i had called in July 2015 to check the status of my connection. To my surprise, they have not registered in the system to disconnect my service. I had a made a payment of 2500+ for a 6 months service again, and asked them to register a complaint. They registered a complaint. However, they didnt disconnect the service. They closed the ticket as resolved. Again i made a payment of 2500+ for my services to be resumed. The balance got over in November 2015 again with the same issue. This time they said they are escalating this issue but didnt service again. Again my balance got diminshed in 3 months again by end of Feb. Now they are disconnecting my services. I am frustrated calling their customer service. There is no resolution provided. I didnt make a note of the ticket numbers which they quoted. Also it didnt make sense as they have always registered a complaint but never resolved one. Everytime the money used to allocated to the connection which I had asked to disconnect. I have to call back. They were supposed to provide me with a refund in the month of November 2015. They didnt mention how much is the refund, despite me asking them several times. They said it will be deposited in a day or two. But that never happened. They need to pay back from March 2015 for what ever money i had paid for the secondary connection. I dont want to be a part of Airtel anymore because of their shabby customer service.
