I recharged my Airtel DTH - [protected] on 24/07/2022 for Rs. 450 through my ICICI bank mobile (mobile) app. The amount is showing debited with a transaction id[protected].
I called Airel customer service twice on 25th July to report the issue. They asked for the transaction ID, I called ICICI bank customer service, got the id, and called Airtel back again to provide them the number. They raised a complaint no.[protected] told me that it will take 24 hours for this to resolve.
Today on the 26th of July I receive a message saying that it has been resolved, but neither they recharged my account nor credited the amount. When I called them again, they say it has been closed because the transaction id was not correct. It is not possible because ICICI bank gave me the correct txn id and it shows on the online statement also as attached below.
In the meanwhile, I have already recharged the account again for 448 on 25th July to keep the account going. So, what happens to the Rs.450 I paid???? I need it to be reversed with immediate effect and I need your help since Airtel is definitely of no help. Was this information helpful? |
