I am very sorry to say that your services are not up to the mark. I had booked a new connection under your registration no. [protected] on 7th of march 2015 and was told that the connection will be installed by 12.30 in the afternoon on 8th march, but to my surprise your agents M/s R K Jain & Associates told me that my area is not coming under there circle.Then they gave me your other agents phone number on which i called and was assured that it will be installed by 4.30 in the evening. When i again called to check i was shocked to learn that this was again given to the first agent. In the mean time i talked to Airtel help desk 7-8 times but just got one word answer that we have sent a mail to the agent and they will call you. Till now ( 3.00 pm ) dt 9th March. I don't know if i should go with Airtel DTH or not. If this kind of service i am getting at the time of installation then what will be the after sales service. God my help Airtel.
