Airtel — DTH - sending a fraud and thief as an engineer to repair dish

This complaint is regarding a fraud engineer from Airtel who, for the greed of money, knowingly and intentionally spoilt my DTH dish while repairing my neighbor’s DTH dish.
On 1st August 2020 at approximately 3:30 pm, Airtel had sent their engineer to repair my neighbor’s dish which is fixed on the terrace, along with other people’s dishes. The engineer came and he went to the terrace to repair my neighbor’s dish and while repairing their dish, he intentionally and knowingly spoilt and messed up my dish as he knew that all complaints from Airtel DTH customers from that area will have to be attended and resolved by him only and he would get all the money by intentionally spoiling other people’s dishes. My dish was working perfectly fine till the time that engineer went to my terrace to repair my neighbor’s dish. I contacted Airtel’s DTH customer care, and as I had expected, they told me to pay the repair charges. They said that they will only raise a complaint if I agree to pay the charges, and when I told them that I will not pay any charges as the issue was intentionally created by their engineer himself to loot money from their consumers, they said that they cannot lodge a complaint and then disconnected my call. I also intent to lodge a complaint to TRAI about such unethical behaviour of that Airtel engineer and the Airtel customer care. The name of that fraud Airtel engineer is Suraj Jha (I am not sure whether this is his real name too). I have that Airtel fraud engineer’s phone number too which he had given to my neighbor for unknown reasons (Suraj Jha[protected]. Airtel engineers have found a very good way to cheat people and the most shocking thing is that Airtel’s customer care is also supporting such frauds. What a great way to loot consumers.
