Airtel — dth service and misbehavior of personnel sitting to attend phone at customer care

My DTH No is [protected]. On third of Mar 2018 I received a call from your side to recharge aforesaid DTH for one year. I recharge this number for Rs 2791/- . Today on 05 Mar 2018 sudden a code-6 flashing on TV screen and hearing a message that " Due to insufficient balance services are stop. On call CC, No satisfactory reply recd. Pl rectify.
