Airtel DTH Service — Repeated Balance Deduction system fault/ worst customer care

I have been customer of Airtel DTH for the last 7 years. But the company's customer service made to realized that this is the worst DTH company to deal with. I had 2 DTH connections. About 7- 8 months back i discontinued one of the connections that too after requesting them for more than 3 months. finally their technican came and removed all connections. I was assured that now i wont be charged for my second connection. But after every alternate month my second connection gets activated and money gets deducted from my account. I have called Airtel customer care several time spoken with multiple reps and their supervisors pbut of now use. Its high time now how difficult it is to remove the second connection from my account ??? This month on sep 9th i spoke with one of their supervisor PROMISED THAT WITHin 48 hours my second connection would be deactivated and whatever amount has been deducted that would also be refunded. But again nothing happened this morning when i called the customer care again. I am documenting here what happens as it seems like Airtel does keep track of any customer interactions. spoke with a another Rep name: Avinash his supervisor is Mr Vashist. He didnt have any clue about the issue and same answer " you are using second connection " when i explained that i have been calling multiple times for this issue the Rep had no clue when i asked for supervisor the call was escalated to Escalation Rep: Divya Dyal Location chennai Call center. When i asked her the who situation and told her that last supervisor promised me the same and even gave me a case number( which my mistake i didnt keep it handly). I was surprised to know that they dont have any records or case numbre of my speaking with supervisor for more than 10 minutes. I was promised that she would check the call recording and get back to me with 2 hours which again now does not happen. What is wrong with the customer service of airtel? I dont want any refund or any compensation they are admiting that its a mistake from they side but it keeps happening and m loosing my patience now. After all this i could never be their customer but atlest i should not get my money deducted unnecessary. Their customer service cell, their managers which look after the customer service, their trainers who train the Reps i think its all of no use when 8 years loyal customer like me have to seek help of outside consumer complaint forum to get their issues fixed. Very disappointing. Lost complete trust need to think twice before opting for Airtel DTH connection. Because it sucks.
