Airtel — DTH Services not been fully activated after Payment | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am Suresh Ramchandran, my customer id is [protected]-001 and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I recharged my digital TV account with Rs.6787 on April 21st 2021 to top up the My Mega Karnataka HD and 2 Ala-carte channels (Set HD and Disney International HD, Channel numbers 112 and 277). While the Mega HD Pack shows up, I am not able to see the other two channels i.e they still show up as blocked. I have called customer care several times to solve my problem and have also tried through the Airtel Thanks App, but nothing seems to be working. I am also not able to reach any customer service person to resolve this issue. I would appreciate it if my complaint was resolved as soon as possible.
