Airtel — dth services stopped customer id [protected] | |||
After expiry of my previous yearly package on 27th Feb 2019, DTH services stopped. On enq customer care[protected] advised to recharge my Account with Rs. 150 to activate the services and act according to advice on Airtel DTH Ch998. Accordingly, as per the offer on Ch 998, I opted for a monthly package of Rs 310 and paid the amount online on 6th March. The services resumed the same day, but on21st March Airtel informed to discontinue service with immediate effect because of insufficient balance. How could monthly package paid in advance could end in 15 days? In fact I have paid 150+310 = 465 Rs for these 15 days. Clear case of cheating.
