[Resolved]  Airtel DTH Services — Worst Service by Airtel DTH on installation day itself on 03.04.2017

As per my enquiry through mail on 01.04.17, one Ms.Manisha called me on 02.04.17 and explained about DTH Service. As she said, a qualified technician will be sent to my residence, and the connection will be installed properly without any problem. On 03.04.2017, a technician named as Mr.Yadagiri (cell No.[protected]) from M/s Sri Laxmi Enterprises, Saradhi Studios Road, Maitrivanam, Ameerpet, Hyderabad Cell No.[protected] & [protected]) has come to my home at Gayatri nagar, Borabanda at 11 a.m and fixed the antenna immediately without checking signals. He even doesn't know how to fix the cables also properly. I helped him in this process also. He tried upto 5 p.m and could not get the signal and nothing has done on that day. He wasted a valuable day and to my surprise, he left without installing the same. I told him to take back the equipment when there is no signal, as told by him, he refused to do so and went away. M/s Sri Laxmi Enterprises also not responded to my calls till date i.e, 06.04.2017. I complained the same thing through emails and contacting the customer care no.[protected] many times and Mr.Jignesh and Mr.Santosh chinnadurai, chennai confirmed me that as I am not interested in the connection, my order no.17474408 & ID No.[protected] will be cancelled immediately and a representative from Airtel DTH will take back the equipment by 06.04.2017 evening. But till now (now the time is 09.20 p.m) nobody turned up to collect the same. Even from yesterday onwards, I could not get the customer care no. also.

As I experienced the worst and irresponsible behavior on the installation day itself, I decided to cancel my order and requesting the concerned to take back the equipment immediately as the equipment still lying at my home. It is their responsibility to take back the equipment which is fixed by their irresponsible and rude technician and I hereby bring to the concerned that I am not going to pay even a single rupee on my behalf.

Dear consumers, don't go for Airtel DTH as it is the worst service provider!
