Airtel — dth setup box

Iam complaining for replacement for several time to dth service person and finally he came yesterday on 5/3/20and replaced the set of box yesterday and he asked me five hindered for replace the set of box and after 1 hour he told me to to recharge my set of box for 230 rs and after 3 hours he is saying me that the box which i have is not in activation i will give you another box still now he is not come, and money i have spend 700 is waste kindly take the complaint and do the needful
