Airtel — due to fraud of oil, worst network coverage, tower vendor start tower with their own wishes

From last few months airtel network connectivity is going bad to worst, no one take action, tower men never maintain tower in my locality they fraud oil of generator, we never use data of 4g speed, there is lot problem.
If airtel will not take appropriate action then our whole locality people will port to jio
