Airtel — Due to wrong information on Airtel official android app i got wrong benefits. | |||
Dear Concern, My name is Amit and my Airtel prepaid mobile no is [protected]. I had recharged my 3g data balance through your official My Airtel app with Rs.149 on 7th June 2015, When i was recharging the Rs.149 plan benefits were showing with 500mb data with 28 days of validity on your official app. But i got 460mb data with 14 days of validity only. I had called to customer care they told me that the plans has been changed yesterday. Your airtel official app is still showing 500mb data with 28 days of validity in Rs.149 plan. Now who is the responsible for this. I just want to get same benefits as that time was showing on app before recharge. I would like to inform you that My Airtel official app in still showing 28 days of validity with 500mb data balance in Rs.149 recharge as on today on 9th of June 2015.
