Airtel — duping customers for ever! | |||||
After showing all the fake ads claiming to be the fastest network with max coverage, on using the service you can clearly see that Airtel has one of the worst network coverage! Inspite of raising complaints multiple time, Airtel just refuse to attend to the concern and keep saying they are working on the issue without giving me any timelines or commitments. Recently incoming calls to my number were barred without any reason because of which I lost 3 important business deals that could have gotten me INR 10+ crores. On complaining again, the Nodal team customer service reps are absolutely unapologetic and indirectly hinted that Airtel does not care for it's customers and it's unethical practices! All I asked was to give a firm timeline to address my concern or waive of my bill till the time issues are fixed. I should ideally demand compensation for the business I lost because of the termination of services promised to be without any reason or notification. Was this information helpful? | |||||
